Cancellation & Returns Policy

At Style Basket, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

• Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order directly from your account page under My Orders or by contacting our customer support hotline within 12 hours of placing the order. If canceled before dispatch, a 100% full refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
• After Dispatch: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled in transit. Once delivered, you may initiate a return request in accordance with our return guidelines below.

We want you to love your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect in size, or missing items, you are eligible for a return or replacement.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene and custom tailoring reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless delivered damaged:

• Sarees with completed Fall & Pico or customized stitching
• Customized, altered, or tailor-fitted apparel
• Washed, used, or worn garments
• Products missing original tags, brand packaging, or price labels

1. Log in to your Style Basket account and navigate to My Orders.
2. Select the delivered order and click Request Return / Exchange.
3. Select your reason and upload clear photos of the product tag, packaging, and defective area (an unboxing video is strongly recommended).
4. Our verification team will inspect your request within 24–48 hours. Upon approval, reverse pickup will be scheduled at no extra cost.
