At Style Basket, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability.
Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped through Shiprocket and its authorised courier partners.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, customers will receive SMS Updates, a Tracking Number, and a Tracking Link.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout. Free shipping offers may be available on selected orders.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
Damaged Packages
If the package appears damaged:
- Take photographs before opening.
- Record an unboxing video if possible.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
