Users log in using a secure SMS OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered mobile number.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate Colours, Designs, Fabric Details, and Sizes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to Screen settings, Lighting, and Photography.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to Accept or reject any order, Cancel fraudulent orders, Cancel duplicate orders, and Cancel pricing errors.

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Available payment methods may include UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped using Shiprocket and its courier partners. Estimated delivery times are indicative only.

8. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

9. Returns & Replacement

Returns and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content including Images, Logos, Product Descriptions, and Website Design belongs to Style Basket. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

11. User Conduct

Users shall not Commit fraud, Misuse OTP verification, Attempt unauthorised access, or Upload false return claims.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by Natural disasters, Courier delays, Government restrictions, or Force majeure events.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
